 JPM, long known for its live shows, has now expanded its operations into the television production and programming market. In November '99 JPM established the Television Production Services Department.
JPM’s editing suite has 2 Adobe Premiere Pro based non-linear editing systems that have been configured to take full advantage of the DVCPRO and DVCam video formats. One of our Premiere editing systems is portable and used in our on-location production vehicle.
The Television editing suite is equipped with DV, DVCPRO, DVCam Beta and S-VHS format editing recorders as well as a Hi8mm and ¾" Umatic transfer system. JPM, additionally, offers DVD authoring and high Speed DVD high speed (disc) duplication. The editing suite features a Mackie Stereo Audio Mixer with three-band equalization.
Network quality location production services are a JPM Productions, Inc. trademark! JPM’s camera inventory includes (4) AJ-D215 DVCPRO format camera/recorders. JPM's Television Department also features (3) Panasonic EZ-1 Camera's the new Panasonic AGDVX-100 camera with P-24 and 16x9 recording features and two Panasonic DVC ProHD AGHVX200 camera as well. JPM, also, features Steadicam® SK-2 and the EZ FX 10' jib crane, additional 6' extension and the Vari-Zoom Pan/Tilt controller. We have also acquired a Indie Dolly heavy weight (up to 400 lbs.) video dolly and (40 feet) of track and the ACS 300 dpi color video prompter. We also have a wide assortment of Lowell and Arri lights for studio or ENG locations along with gels, Chimeras and backdrops.
All of our cameras can operate independently on projects or be cabled directly into JPM's Video Production Location Unit for multi-camera "live" or taped production. The location unit also features a Panasonic MX-50 Switcher, Distribution Amplifiers, Color & B/W Monitor's, Waveform and Vector scope, Mackie Eight Channel Stereo Audio Mixer, 8 channel IFB, and Clear-Com Communications System.
